Lost Houses

The Project
Annerley-Stephens History Group collects the stories of houses and the families who called them home in the former Stephens Shire area. The Lost Houses Project focuses on recording the stories of houses and families that may have disappeared from the area.
Do you know of a house lost from the Stephens area? We’d love to hear the story from you. Email us at [email protected]
Some questions to get you started:
- Where was the house and who lived there?
- Do you have any photos of the house and the people?
- How long did they live there and are there any special memories of their time there?
- When and how was the house lost?
- If it was removed, is the new location known?
